I thought I would change it up a little bit for this week’s class and do a short webinar. I want to talk about one of the most powerful tools available to every sales rep today, it’s called the Progress Report.
The Progress Report supplies you with two of the most important pieces of information you need on every customer throughout the season.
First, it keeps track of the key contacts you made with each grower from planting until harvest. And, it also monitors the buyer’s thinking during each of those contacts.
