Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my password?
Visit the My Account page located in the drop-down menu under your name.  From there, click on the blue box that says Change Password.  Simply type in what you want your NEW password to be, then type in the NEW password again and click Change Password.
How do I update my credit card information?
Visit the My Account page located in the drop-down menu under your name.  From there, click on the blue box that says Update Existing Credit Card OR if you want to enter a completely different credit card, then click on the Add a New Credit Card button.
I purchased multiple subscriptions for my team. How do I add them?
Please contact Thomas at [email protected] and he will send you specific and detailed instructions on how to get your team’s individual memberships setup.
Can I share my log-in access?
No. The Academy classes and Training Library are ONLY available to active paying members.  We have intentionally priced the Academy to be very affordable so every sales rep can have their own membership and track their own progress throughout the year.  For the price of filling your truck up with gas one time, you can access the latest sales training, specific to what you sell, and you’re able to do it from any device, from anywhere in the world. Where else can you get access to this type of training? Sharing of log-in information results in an automatic cancellation of your account.
Are my payment/credit card details secure?
Yes. All subscriptions and payments are processed through PayPal and are 100% secure.
If I cancel, can I still access my content?
No. You have full access to all the content and classes released inside the membership during the life of your membership. However, if you cancel your membership, you will no longer be able to access that training content.
